Terms & Condition

Any product that is made available to download from SmartOSC is the copyrighted work of SmartOSC. We reserve the right to revoke the license of any user who is holding an invalid license. The SmartOSC’s Magento product is made available for download solely for use by end-users. Any reproduction or redistribution of the product is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

SmartOSC does not pledge for its installation to operate successfully on modified as well as non-modified Magento solution. In case of any problems with installation the customer may purchase installation service executed by SmartOSC’s staff.

SmartOSC reserves the right to change this license agreement at any time and impose its clauses at any given time.

Refund

We offer 30-day money back guarantee for all of our products. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with our product within 30 days after your purchase. Please submit a ticket with your order information to our Ticket system to request refund. You will receive refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed.

Kindly note that fee paid for installation/maintenance and customization services will not be refunded.

Support

Free updates period for one product will be effective for total 12 months, starting from the purchase date of the product.

Free support for the installation service will be effective for total from 60 days (standard service) to 90 days (premium service), starting from the service completion date, for all issues coming from the configuration performed by our staffs.
We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs. If there’s any conflict, we will try our best to help you fix it until it is solved 100%.

Any support for third-party applications will be subject of paid service.
